Use of service
VIVID is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the platform to scrape content, reproduce looks at scale, or resell access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Creator content license
Creators retain full intellectual property rights over the looks they publish. By publishing on VIVID, creators grant VIVID a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform and in promotional materials. Creators can remove their content at any time.
Commerce terms
VIVID operates a commission-based affiliate model. Rates by tier: Standard 12%, Preferred 9%, Premier 7%, Exclusive 5%. Payouts are processed monthly, on or before the 15th of the following month. Minimum payout threshold is $25.
Mirror & hardware
Smart mirror features are experimental and explicitly labeled as such in the interface. VIVID makes no medical claims regarding biometric features. Face presence detection is used solely for mirror-wake functionality and is processed locally.
Limitation of liability
VIVID is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. For legal inquiries, contact legal@vivid.style.
